পরিচ্ছেদঃ ৩০৮ : নোংরা-ভোজী পশুকে সওয়ারী বানানো মকরুহ
যে হালাল পশু [উট, গরু ইত্যাদি] সাধারণত: মানুষের পায়খানা খায়, তার উপর সওয়ার হওয়া মকরুহ। এরূপ নোংরা-ভোজী উট যদি ঘাস খেতে লাগে [এবং নোংরা ভক্ষণ করা ত্যাগ করে] তাহলে তার মাংস পবিত্র হবে বিধায় মকরুহ থাকবে না।
১/১৭০১। ইবনে উমার রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, ’নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নোংরা-ভোজী উঁটনীর উপর চড়তে বারণ করেছেন।’ [আবূ দাঊদ-বিশুদ্ধ সূত্রে][1]
[প্রকাশ থাকে যে, এরূপ পশুর দুধ ও মাংস খাওয়ার ব্যাপারেও নিষেধাজ্ঞা এসেছে।
(308) بَابُ كَرَاهَةِ رُكُوْبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَهِيَ الْبَعِيْرُ أَوِ النَّاقَةُ الَّتِيْ تَأْكُلُ الْعَذِرَةَ فَإِنْ أَكَلَتْ عَلَفًا طَاهِرًا فَطَابَ لَحْمُهَا، زَالَتِ الْكَرَاهَةُ
وَعَنِ ابنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهُمَا، قَالَ: نهَى رَسُول اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الجَلاَّلَةِ فِي الإبِلِ أَنْ يُرْكَبَ عَلَيْهَا. رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح
(308) Chapter: Undesirability of Riding a Camel which eats Animals' waste
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited riding a camel which eats dung, or animal or human waste.
[Abu Dawud].
Commentary: Al-Jallalah means an animal which usually eats filthy things including human excrement. This filth becomes a part of his body and it stinks. When such animals are disgusting for riding, they would be obviously unlawful for food. It is, however, necessary that the Al-Jallalah should have the characteristic mentioned in the Hadith because ordinarily almost every animal does eat a little amount of filth but with the difference that it is not common food, nor does it become a part of its body. In any case, it should be borne in mind that Islam has stressed purity and cleanliness and warned against filth.
