পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২৬৮ : [অন্যায় ভাবে] কাউকে কষ্ট দেওয়া নিষেধ
আল্লাহ তা’আলা বলেছেন,
﴿ وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُبِينًا﴾ [الاحزاب : ٥٨]
অর্থাৎ যারা বিনা অপরাধে ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও নারীদেরকে কষ্ট দেয়, তারা অবশ্যই মিথ্যা অপবাদ এবং স্পষ্ট অপরাধের বোঝা বহন করে। (সূরা আহযাব ৫৮ আয়াত)
১/১৫৭৩। আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনে আমর ইবনে আস রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ’’প্রকৃত মুসলিম সেই, যার মুখ ও হাত হতে মুসলিমগণ নিরাপদে থাকে। আর প্রকৃত মুহাজির [দ্বীন বাঁচানোর উদ্দেশ্যে স্বদেশ ত্যাগকারী] সেই ব্যক্তি, যে আল্লাহর নিষিদ্ধ কর্মসমূহ ত্যাগ করে।’’ (বুখারী ও মুসলিম) [1]
بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْإِيْذَاءِ (268)
وَعَنْ عَبدِ اللهِ بنِ عَمْرِو بنِ العَاصِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم: «المُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ المُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى اللهُ عَنْهُ» . متفق عَلَيْهِ
(268) Chapter: Prohibition of Maligning
Allah, the Exalted, says:
"And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin.'' (33:58)
'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A (true) Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe; and a Muhajir (Emigrant) is he who leaves the deeds which Allah has prohibited."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: Everyone who professes Tauhid and acknowledges the Prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH), is a Muslim, but a perfect Muslim is one who has attained that high level where he does not harm any Muslim with his hand and tongue (speech). Similarly, an Emigrant is the one who abandons his homeland and relatives and goes to a place where he can easily practise the religion of Allah. But such a person is also an Emigrant who renounces all such things which are forbidden by Allah, because emigration means abandoning, whether it is abandoning of homeland or sins.

২/১৫৭৪। উক্ত রাবী (আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনে আমর ইবনে আস) রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ’’যে পছন্দ করে যে, তাকে জাহান্নাম থেকে দূরে রাখা হোক এবং জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করানো হোক, তার মরণ যেন এমন অবস্থায় হয় যে, সে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলের প্রতি ঈমান রাখে এবং অন্যের প্রতি এমন ব্যবহার দেখায়, যা সে নিজের জন্য পছন্দ করে।’’ (মুসলিম, এটি একটি দীর্ঘ হাদিসের অংশবিশেষ, যা ৬৭৩ নম্বরে গত হয়েছে।) [1]

وَعَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم: «مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُزَحْزَحَ عَنِ النَّارِ، وَيُدْخَلَ الجَنَّةَ، فَلْتَأْتِهِ مَنِيَّتُهُ وَهُوَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَاليَومِ الآخِرِ، وَلْيَأْتِ إِلَى النَّاسِ الَّذِي يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُؤْتَى إِلَيْهِ» رواه مسلم
(268) Chapter: Prohibition of Maligning
'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who desires to be rescued from the fire of Hell and to enter Jannah, should die in a state of complete belief in Allah and the Last Day, and should do unto others what he wishes to be done unto him."

Commentary: This Hadith is part of a long Hadith which has already been mentioned. See Hadith No. 668. It stresses steadfastness in Faith and virtuous deeds because the time of death is not known to anyone. Since one can die at any moment, one should never be unmindful of the obligations of Faith and good deeds so that he embraces death in a state of perfect Faith. This Hadith has the same meanings which are contained in the Verse 102 of the Surat Al-`Imran exhorting the Muslims thus: "And die not except in a state of Islam [(as Muslim) with
complete submission to Allah].''
Every Muslim should treat people as nicely as he himself desires to be treated by others.
