পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২৯৬ : মহিলাদের কৃত্রিম রূপচর্চা
নকল চুল বা পরচুলা লাগানো, উল্কি উৎকীর্ণ করা [চামড়ায় ছুঁচ ফুটিয়ে দিয়ে তাতে রং ঢেলে নক্সা আঁকা বা নাম লেখা] সৌন্দর্যের জন্য দাঁত ঘষে সরু করা বা দাঁতের মাঝে ফাঁক সৃষ্টি করা নিষিদ্ধ।
আল্লাহ তা’আলা বলেন,
﴿إِنْ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ إِلَّا إِنَاثًا وَإِنْ يَدْعُونَ إِلَّا شَيْطَانًا مَرِيدًا ١١٧ لَعَنَهُ اللَّهُ ۘ وَقَالَ لَأَتَّخِذَنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ نَصِيبًا مَفْرُوضًا ١١٨ وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمْ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ آذَانَ الْأَنْعَامِ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ﴾ [النساء : ١١٧، ١١٩]
অর্থাৎ তাঁর [আল্লাহর] পরিবর্তে তারা কেবল দেবীদের পূজা করে এবং তারা কেবল বিদ্রোহী শয়তানের পূজা করে। আল্লাহ তাকে [শয়তানকে] অভিসম্পাত করেছেন এবং সে [শয়তান] বলেছে, ’আমি তোমার দাসদের এক নির্দিষ্ট অংশকে [নিজের দলে] গ্রহণ করবই এবং তাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করবই; তাদের হৃদয়ে মিথ্যা বাসনার সৃষ্টি করবই, আমি তাদেরকে নিশ্চয় নির্দেশ দেব, ফলে তারা পশুর কর্ণচ্ছেদ করবেই এবং তাদেরকে নিশ্চয় নির্দেশ দেব, ফলে তারা আল্লাহর সৃষ্টি বিকৃত করবেই।’ [আর যে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে শয়তানকে অভিভাবক-রূপে গ্রহণ করবে, নিশ্চয় সে প্রত্যক্ষভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।] (সূরা নিসা ১১৭-১১৯ আয়াত)
১/১৬৫০। আসমা রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহা হতে বর্ণিত, এক মহিলা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে জিজ্ঞাসা করল, ’হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার মেয়ে এক প্রকার চর্মরোগে আক্রান্ত হয়েছে। ফলে তার মাথার চুল ঝরে গেছে। আর আমি তার বিয়েও দিয়েছি। এখন কি আমি তার মাথায় পরচুলা লাগিয়ে দেব?’ তিনি বললেন, ’’যে পরচুলা লাগিয়ে দেয় এবং যার লাগানো হয় উভয় মহিলাকে আল্লাহ অভিসম্পাত করুন বা করেছেন।’’ (বুখারী ও মুসলিম) [1]
(296) بَابُ تَحْرِيْمِ وَصْلِ الشَّعْرِ وَالْوَشْمِ وَالْوَشْرِ وَهُوَ تَحْدِيْدُ الْأَسْنَانِ
وَعَنْ أَسمَاءَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهَا : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ ابْنَتِي أَصَابَتْهَا الحَصْبَةُ، فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعْرُهَا، وَإِنِّي زَوَّجْتُهَا، أَفَأَصِلُ فِيهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَعَنَ اللهُ الوَاصِلَةَ وَالمَوْصُولَةَ . متفق عليه وفي روايةٍ : الوَاصِلَةَ، والمُسْتوْصِلَةَ
(296) Chapter: Prohibition of Wearing False Hair, Tattooing and Filling of Teeth
Allah, the Exalted, says:
"They (all those who worship others than Allah) invoke nothing but female deities besides Him (Allah), and they invoke nothing but Shaitan (Satan), a persistent rebel! Allah cursed him. And he [Shaitan (Satan)] said: `I will take an appointed portion of your slaves. Verily, I will mislead them, and surely, I will arouse in them false desires; and certainly, I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah'...'' (4:117-119)
Asma' (May Allah be pleased with her) said:
A woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I have a daughter who had an attack of small pox and her hair fell off. Now I want to celebrate her marriage. Can I get her a wig?" Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah has cursed the maker and wearer of a wig."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith mentions women of three kinds, namely:
1. One who patches or joins the hair.
2. One who desires to have such hair.
3. One whose hair are taken to mix with the hair of another woman.
All the three of them have been cursed. Such artificial hair are called wig. `Beauty Parlours' are very active in prompting the use of wigs and other shameful fashions. May Allah save us from such evils. Almost the same Hadith has been related from `Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her)
