তার মধ্যে(অর্থাৎ সেই রাতে)

ٱلسَّمِيعُ
সব কিছুই শুনেন
(is) the All-Hearer

ٱلْعَلِيمُ
সবকিছু জানেন

(তিনি) রব

وَٱلْأَرْضِ
ও পৃথিবীর

এবং যা কিছু

بَيْنَهُمَآ
উভয়ের মাঝে আছে
(is) between both of them

যদি

كُنتُم
তোমরা হয়ে থাকো

مُّوقِنِينَ
নিশ্চিত বিশ্বাসী

এবং মৃত্যুও ঘটান

তোমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদের

সুতরাং অপেক্ষা করো

সেই দিনের (যখন)

ٱلسَّمَآءُ
আকাশ

بِدُخَانٍ
নিয়ে ধোঁয়া (আচ্ছন্ন হয়ে)

সুস্পষ্ট

يَغْشَى
ঢেকে নিবে

ٱلنَّاسَ
মানুষকে

هَٰذَا
এটাই

عَذَابٌ

নিদারুণ

رَّبَّنَا
"(এখন তারা বলে) হে আমাদের রব
"Our Lord!

ٱكْشِفْ
দূর করো

عَنَّا
আমাদের থেকে

ٱلْعَذَابَ
শাস্তি
the punishment;

إِنَّا
নিশ্চয়ই আমরা

مُؤْمِنُونَ
বিশ্বাসী হবো (ঈমান আনবো)"

أَنَّىٰ
কেমন করে হবে

لَهُمُ
তাদের জন্যে
(there be) for them

ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ
উপদেশ গ্রহণ (সম্ভব হবে)

অথচ নিশ্চয়ই

جَآءَهُمْ
তাদের কাছে এসেছে

এরপরও

تَوَلَّوْا۟
তারা ফিরে যায়

وَقَالُوا۟
এবং তারা বললো

"(সে একজন) প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত

إِنَّا
নিশ্চয়ই আমরা

كَاشِفُوا۟
দূর করে দিই
(will) remove

ٱلْعَذَابِ
শাস্তি

قَلِيلًا
কিছুটা (তবুও)

إِنَّكُمْ
তোমরা নিশ্চয়ই

عَآئِدُونَ
আগের অবস্হায় ফিরে যাও (যা পূর্বে করতে)

يَوْمَ
যেদিন

আমরা পাকড়াও করবো

ٱلْكُبْرَىٰٓ
কঠিনভাবে

إِنَّا
নিশ্চয়ই আমরা

مُنتَقِمُونَ
প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী(সেহদিন)
(will) take retribution

وَلَقَدْ
এবং নিশ্চয়ই

فَتَنَّا
আমরা পরীক্ষা করেছি

قَبْلَهُمْ
তাদের পুর্বে

قَوْمَ
জাতিকে

فِرْعَوْنَ

وَجَآءَهُمْ
এবং তাদের কাছে এসেছিলো

(সে বলেছিলো) যে

"তোমরা সমর্পণ করো

وَأَن
এবং (এও বলেছিল) যে

বড়াই করো
exalt yourselves

আমি নিশ্চয়ই

ءَاتِيكُم
তোমাদের কাছে এসেছি

بِسُلْطَٰنٍ
নিয়ে প্রমাণ

وَإِنِّى
এবং নিশ্চয়ই আমি

عُذْتُ
আশ্রয় নিয়েছি

بِرَبِّى
আমার রবের (কাছে)

وَرَبِّكُمْ
এবং তোমাদের (প্রকৃত রবের)

أَن
(এ হ'তে) যে

تَرْجُمُونِ
আমাকে তোমরা পাথর মেরে হত্যা করবে
