سُورَةٌ
(এটা) একটি সূরা
A Surah -

أَنزَلْنَٰهَا
তা আমরা অবতীর্ণ করেছি

وَفَرَضْنَٰهَا
ও এর (বিধানকে) আমরা ফরজ করেছি
and We (have) made it obligatory

فِيهَآ
তার মধ্যে

সুস্পষ্ট

সম্ভবতঃ তোমরা

উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে

ٱلزَّانِيَةُ
ব্যভিচারিণী

وَٱلزَّانِى
ও ব্যভিচারী

فَٱجْلِدُوا۟
অতঃপর তোমরা দোররা মারবে
[then] flog

প্রত্যেক

وَٰحِدٍ
একজনকে

مِّنْهُمَا
তাদের দুজনার মধ্য হ'তে

مِا۟ئَةَ
একশত

جَلْدَةٍ
দোররা

وَلَا
আর না (যেন)

تَأْخُذْكُم
তোমাদেরকে প্রভাবিত করে

بِهِمَا
প্রতি তাদের দু'জনের

رَأْفَةٌ
দয়া অনুকম্পা

فِى
ব্যাপারে
concerning

دِينِ
দ্বীনের
(the) religion of Allah

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

إِن
যদি
if

كُنتُمْ
তোমরা থাকো

تُؤْمِنُونَ
তোমরা ঈমান আনো
believe

بِٱللَّهِ
প্রতি আল্লাহর
in Allah

وَٱلْيَوْمِ
ও দিনের
and the Day
and the Day
ٱلْءَاخِرِ
শেষ (প্রতি)
the Last
the Last
وَلْيَشْهَدْ
আর যেন প্রত্যক্ষ করে
And let witness

عَذَابَهُمَا
দু'জনের শাস্তি তাদের

طَآئِفَةٌ
একদল

مِّنَ
মধ্য হ'তে

ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
মু'মিনদের

ٱلزَّانِى
ব্যভিচারী

يَنكِحُ
বিয়ে করবে (অন্য কাউকে)

إِلَّا
ছাড়া

زَانِيَةً
ব্যভিচারিণীকে
a fornicatress

أَوْ
অথবা
or
or
مُشْرِكَةً
মুশরিক নারীকে
a polytheist woman
a polytheist woman
وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ
আর ব্যভিচারিণী
and the fornicatress -

لَا
না
(will) not

يَنكِحُهَآ
তাকে বিয়ে করবে (অন্য কেউ)
marry her

إِلَّا
ছাড়া
except

زَانٍ
ব্যভিচারী
a fornicator

أَوْ
অথবা

or
مُشْرِكٌ
মুশরিক
a polytheist man
a polytheist man
وَحُرِّمَ
এবং নিষিদ্ধ করা হলো

এটা

عَلَى
জন্যে

ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
মু'মিনদের
the believers

৪
وَٱلَّذِينَ
এবং যারা
And those who
And those who
يَرْمُونَ
অপবাদ দেয়
accuse
accuse
ٱلْمُحْصَنَٰتِ
পবিত্র রমণীদেরকে
the chaste women
the chaste women
ثُمَّ
এরপর
then
then
لَمْ
না
not
not
يَأْتُوا۟
তারা আসে
they bring
they bring
بِأَرْبَعَةِ
নিয়ে চারজন
four
four
شُهَدَآءَ
সাক্ষী
witnesses
witnesses
فَٱجْلِدُوهُمْ
তখন দোররা লাগাও তাদেরকে

ثَمَٰنِينَ
আশি
(with) eighty
(with) eighty
جَلْدَةً
দোররা
lashe(s)
lashe(s)
وَلَا
আর না
and (do) not
and (do) not
تَقْبَلُوا۟
তোমরা গ্রহণ করবে

لَهُمْ
জন্যে তাদের (হ'তে)

شَهَٰدَةً
সাক্ষ্য

أَبَدًا
কখনও
ever
ever
وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
এবং ঐসবলোক
And those
And those
هُمُ
তারাই
they
they
ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ
সত্যত্যাগী (ফাসেক)
(are) the defiantly disobedient
(are) the defiantly disobedient
৫
إِلَّا
ছাড়া
Except

ٱلَّذِينَ
(তারা) যারা
those who
those who
تَابُوا۟
তওবা করেছে
repent
repent
مِنۢ
থেকে
after
after
بَعْدِ
পর
after
after
ذَٰلِكَ
এর
that
that
وَأَصْلَحُوا۟
ও সংশোধন করেছে
and reform
and reform
فَإِنَّ
তাহ'লে নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ

غَفُورٌ
ক্ষমাশীল
(is) Oft-Forgiving

رَّحِيمٌ
পরম দয়ালু

৬
وَٱلَّذِينَ
আর যারা
And those who
And those who
يَرْمُونَ
অপবাদ দেয়
accuse
accuse
أَزْوَٰجَهُمْ
তাদের স্ত্রীদেরকে
their spouses
their spouses
وَلَمْ
আর না
and not
and not
يَكُن
থাকে
have
have
لَّهُمْ
তাদের কাছে
for them
for them
شُهَدَآءُ
কোন সাক্ষী
witnesses
witnesses
إِلَّآ
ছাড়া
except
except
أَنفُسُهُمْ
তাদের নিজেদের
themselves
themselves
فَشَهَٰدَةُ
তখন সাক্ষ্য

أَحَدِهِمْ
তাদের একজনের

أَرْبَعُ
চারবার
(is) four

شَهَٰدَٰتٍۭ
(কসম খেয়ে) সাক্ষ্য দিবে

بِٱللَّهِ
যে আল্লাহর (নামে)

إِنَّهُۥ
নিশ্চয়ই সে

لَمِنَ
অবশ্যই অন্তর্ভুক্ত

ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
সত্যবাদীদের

وَٱلْخَٰمِسَةُ
আর পঞ্চমবার (বলবে)

لَعْنَتَ
অভিশাপ
(the) curse of Allah

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

عَلَيْهِ
তার উপর (পড়ুক)
(be) upon him

إِن
যদি

كَانَ
সে হয়

مِنَ
অন্তর্ভুক্ত

ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ
মিথ্যাবাদীদের

وَيَدْرَؤُا۟
আর রহিত হবে

তার (অর্থাৎ স্ত্রীলোকটি) হ'তে
from her

ٱلْعَذَابَ
শাস্তি

أَن
(এভাবে) যে

تَشْهَدَ
সে শপথ করে সাক্ষ্য দিবে

شَهَٰدَٰتٍۭ

بِٱللَّهِ
নামে আল্লাহর

إِنَّهُۥ
সে (অর্থাৎ পুরুষটি) নিশ্চয়ই

لَمِنَ
অবশ্যই অন্তর্ভুক্ত
(is) surely of

ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ
মিথ্যাবাদীদের

وَٱلْخَٰمِسَةَ
এবং পঞ্চমবার (বলবে)

غَضَبَ
রাগ (পড়ুক)

আল্লাহর

عَلَيْهَآ
তার (অর্থাৎ স্ত্রীলোকটির) উপর
(be) upon her

إِن
যদি

كَانَ
(পুরুষটি) হয়

مِنَ
অন্তর্ভুক্ত

ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
সত্যবাদীদের

وَلَوْلَا
আর যদি না (হতো)

فَضْلُ
অনুগ্রহ
(for) the Grace of Allah

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
(for) the Grace of Allah

عَلَيْكُمْ
তোমাদের উপর
upon you

وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ
ও তাঁর দয়া (তবে তোমরা জটিলতায় পড়তে)

وَأَنَّ
আর নিশ্চয়ই

تَوَّابٌ
তওবা গ্রহণকারী
(is) Oft-Returning (to Mercy)

حَكِيمٌ
প্রজ্ঞাময়

إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱلَّذِينَ
যারা
those who

جَآءُو
তারা এসেছে

بِٱلْإِفْكِ
নিয়ে অপবাদ রচনা
the lie

عُصْبَةٌ
(তারা) একটি দল
(are) a group
(are) a group
مِّنكُمْ
তোমাদের মধ্যকার
among you
among you
لَا
না
(Do) not
(Do) not
تَحْسَبُوهُ
তা তোমরা মনে করো
think it
think it
شَرًّا
খারাপ
bad
bad
لَّكُم
জন্যে তোমাদের
for you
for you
بَلْ
বরং
nay
nay
هُوَ
তা
it
it
خَيْرٌ
ভালো
(is) good
(is) good
لَّكُمْ
জন্যে তোমাদের
for you
for you
لِكُلِّ
জন্যে প্রত্যেক
For every
For every
ٱمْرِئٍ
ব্যক্তির (রয়েছে)
person
person
مِّنْهُم
তাদের মধ্য হ'তে
among them
among them
مَّا
যতটা
(is) what
(is) what
ٱكْتَسَبَ
সে অর্জন করেছে
he earned
he earned
مِنَ
হ'তে
of
of
ٱلْإِثْمِ
পাপ
the sin
the sin
وَٱلَّذِى
আর যে
and the one who
and the one who
تَوَلَّىٰ
দায়িত্ব নিয়েছে (নিজের উপর)
took upon himself a greater share of it

كِبْرَهُۥ
তার বড় (অংশ)
took upon himself a greater share of it

مِنْهُمْ
মধ্য হ'তে তাদের

لَهُۥ
জন্যে তার (রয়েছে)

عَذَابٌ
শাস্তি

কঠিন

لَّوْلَآ
কেন না

إِذْ
যখন

سَمِعْتُمُوهُ
তা তোমরা শুনলে
you heard it

ظَنَّ
অনুমান করলো
think
think
ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ
মু'মিনরা
the believing men
the believing men
وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتُ
ও মু'মিন নারীরা
and the believing women
and the believing women
بِأَنفُسِهِمْ
সম্পর্কে তাদের নিজেদের
good of themselves
good of themselves
خَيْرًا
ভালো (ধারণা)
good of themselves
good of themselves
وَقَالُوا۟
ও (কেন না) বললো
and say
and say
هَٰذَآ
"এটা
"This
"This
إِفْكٌ
মিথ্যা অপবাদ
(is) a lie
(is) a lie
مُّبِينٌ
সুস্পষ্ট"

لَّوْلَا
কেন না

তারা আসলো

عَلَيْهِ
এ ব্যাপারে

بِأَرْبَعَةِ
নিয়ে চারজন

فَإِذْ
কাজেই যখন

يَأْتُوا۟
তারা আসে

بِٱلشُّهَدَآءِ
নিয়ে সাক্ষীদেরকে

فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
তাহ'লে ঐসবলোক

عِندَ
নিকটে

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

هُمُ
তারাই

ٱلْكَٰذِبُونَ
মিথ্যাবাদী
(are) the liars

১৪
وَلَوْلَا
আর যদি না (হতো)
And if not

فَضْلُ
অনুগ্রহ
(for the) Grace
(for the) Grace
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
(of) Allah
(of) Allah
عَلَيْكُمْ
তোমাদের উপর
upon you

وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ
ও তাঁর দয়া
and His Mercy

فِى
মধ্যে
in
in
ٱلدُّنْيَا
দুনিয়ার
the world
the world
وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
ও আখিরাতে
and the Hereafter
and the Hereafter
لَمَسَّكُمْ
অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে স্পর্শ করতো
surely would have touched you
surely would have touched you
فِى
মধ্যে
in
in
مَآ
যার
what
what
أَفَضْتُمْ
তোমরা জড়িয়ে পড়েছিলে
you had rushed glibly

فِيهِ
সেক্ষেত্রে
concerning it

عَذَابٌ
শাস্তি

عَظِيمٌ
কঠিন
great
great

إِذْ
যখন

تَلَقَّوْنَهُۥ
তা তোমরা ছড়াচ্ছিলে
you received it

بِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ
দিয়ে তোমাদের জিহ্বা
with your tongues
with your tongues
وَتَقُولُونَ
ও বলছিলে
and you said
and you said
بِأَفْوَاهِكُم
দিয়ে তোমাদের মুখ
with your mouths
with your mouths
مَّا
যার
what
what
لَيْسَ
নেই
not
not
لَكُم
তোমাদের
for you
for you
بِهِۦ
সম্পর্কে সে
of it
of it
عِلْمٌ
কোন জ্ঞান
any knowledge

وَتَحْسَبُونَهُۥ
আর তা তোমরা মনে করছিলে

هَيِّنًا
তুচ্ছ
(was) insignificant

وَهُوَ
অথচ তা

নিকট

ٱللَّهِ

عَظِيمٌ

وَلَوْلَآ
এবং কেন না

যখন

سَمِعْتُمُوهُ
তা তোমরা শুনেছিলে

قُلْتُم
বললে তোমরা

مَّا

يَكُونُ
হবার (শোভা পায়)

জন্যে আমাদের

نَّتَكَلَّمَ
কথা বলবো আমরা

এ বিষয়ে

سُبْحَٰنَكَ
(হে আল্লাহ) তুমি মহান পবিত্র

بُهْتَٰنٌ
অপবাদ
(is) a slander

عَظِيمٌ
গুরুতর"

يَعِظُكُمُ
তোমাদের উপদেশ করেন

أَن
যে (না)

تَعُودُوا۟
পুনরাবৃত্তি করো

لِمِثْلِهِۦٓ
অনুরূপ তার
(to the) like of it

أَبَدًا
কখনও
ever
ever
إِن
যদি
if
if
كُنتُم
তোমরা হয়ে থাকো
you are
you are
مُّؤْمِنِينَ
মু'মিন
believers
believers
১৮
وَيُبَيِّنُ
এবং সুস্পষ্ট বর্ণনা করেছেন

ٱللَّهُ
আল্লাহ
And Allah makes clear

لَكُمُ
জন্যে তোমাদের
to you
to you
ٱلْءَايَٰتِ
আয়াতসমূহ

আর আল্লাহ

عَلِيمٌ
সর্বজ্ঞ
(is) All-Knower

حَكِيمٌ
প্রজ্ঞাময়

إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱلَّذِينَ
যারা

يُحِبُّونَ
পছন্দ করে
like

أَن
যে
that
that
تَشِيعَ
প্রসার লাভ করুক
(should) spread
(should) spread
ٱلْفَٰحِشَةُ
নির্লজ্জতা
the immorality
the immorality
فِى
মধ্যে
among
among
ٱلَّذِينَ
(তাদের) যারা
those who
those who
ءَامَنُوا۟
ঈমান এনেছে
believe
believe
لَهُمْ
জন্যে তাদের
for them
for them
عَذَابٌ
শাস্তি
(is) a punishment
(is) a punishment
أَلِيمٌ
নিদারুণ

فِى
মধ্যে
in
in
ٱلدُّنْيَا
দুনিয়ার
the world
the world
وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
ও আখিরাতে
and the Hereafter
and the Hereafter
وَٱللَّهُ
আর আল্লাহ

يَعْلَمُ
জানেন
knows

وَأَنتُمْ
কিন্তু তোমরা
while you
while you
لَا
না
(do) not
(do) not
تَعْلَمُونَ
তোমরা জানো

وَلَوْلَا
এবং যদি না (হতো)

فَضْلُ
অনুগ্রহ
(for the) Grace of Allah

ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
(for the) Grace of Allah

عَلَيْكُمْ
তোমাদের উপর

وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ
ও তাঁর দয়া (তবে নিকৃষ্ট পরিণাম হতো)

কিন্তু নিশ্চয়ই

رَءُوفٌ
বড়ই দয়াবান
(is) Full of Kindness

পরম দয়ালু

দেখানো হচ্ছেঃ ১ থেকে ২০ পর্যন্ত, সর্বমোট ৬৪ টি রেকর্ডের মধ্য থেকে
