পরিচ্ছেদঃ ৮০: বৈধ কাজে শাসকবৃন্দের আনুগত্য করা ওয়াজিব এবং অবৈধ কাজে তাদের আনুগত্য করা হারাম
১০/৬৭৭। ইবনে আব্বাস রাদিয়াল্লাহু ’আনহু থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ’’যে ব্যক্তি তার নেতার কোন কাজ অপছন্দ করবে, তার উচিত হবে (তার উপর) ধৈর্য ধারণ করা। কারণ যে ব্যক্তি এক বিঘত পরিমাণও শাসকের আনুগত্য থেকে বেরিয়ে যাবে, তার মৃত্যু জাহেলিয়াতের মৃত্যু হবে।’’ (বুখারী ও মুসলিম) [1]
بَابُ وُجُوْبِ طَاعَةِ وُلَاةِ الْأُمُوْرِ فِيْ غَيْرِ مَعْصِيَةٍوَّتَحْرِيْمِ طَاعَتِهِمْ فِي الْمَعْصِيَةِ - (80)
وَعَنِ ابنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهُمَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم، قَالَ: « مَنْ كَرِهَ مِنْ أمِيرِهِ شَيْئاً فَلْيَصْبِرْ، فَإنَّهُ مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنَ السُّلطَانِ شِبْراً مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً ». متفقٌ عَلَيْهِ
(80) Chapter: Obligation of Obedience to the Ruler in what is Lawful and Prohibition of Obeying them in what is Unlawful
Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If a person notices in his ruler what he dislikes, he should show patience because he who departs from the (Muslim) community a cubit, dies like those who died in the Days of Ignorance."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith urges us to bear patiently when a ruler makes a mistake so long as he does not call to a sin. It also warns us against disobedience to the ruler as this will cause mischief at the cost of the unity and common interests of the Muslim community.
