পরিচ্ছেদঃ ১৮৩: বিশেষ বিশেষ সূরা ও আয়াত পাঠ করার উপর উৎসাহ দান
১০/১০২৫। আবূ হুরাইরা রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, “তোমরা নিজেদের ঘর-বাড়িগুলোকে কবরে পরিণত করো না। যে বাড়িতে সূরা বাকারাহ পাঠ করা হয়, নিশ্চয় সে বাড়ি থেকে শয়তান পলায়ন করে।” (মুসলিম) [1]
(অর্থাৎ সুন্নত ও নফল নামায তথা পবিত্র কুরআন পড়া ত্যাগ করে ঘরকে কবর বানিয়ে দিয়ো না। যেহেতু কবরে এ সব বৈধ নয়।)
(183) بَابُ فِي الْحَثِّ عَلٰى سُوَرٍ وآيَاتٍ مَخْصُوْصَةٍ
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيرَةَ رضي الله عنه : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: «لاَ تَجْعَلُوا بُيُوتَكُمْ مَقَابِرَ، إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَنْفِرُ مِنَ البَيْتِ الَّذِي تُقْرَأُ فِيهِ سُورَةُ البَقرَةِ». رواه مسلم
(183) Chapter: Inducement towards the Recitation of some Special verses and Surah of the Noble Qur'an
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "Do not turn your houses into graveyards. Satan runs away from the house in which Surat Al-Baqarah is recited."
[Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith instructs us not to turn our homes into the like of a graveyard through the negligence of reciting the Qur'an in them. It also points out the excellence of Surat Al-Baqarah, which when recited, will certainly keep the devil away.
