পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২. কুরবানীর বিধান - কুরবানীর পশুর ক্ষেত্রে যা অপছন্দনীয়
১৩৫২। আলী (রাঃ) হতে বৰ্ণিত; তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের কুরবানীর জন্তু (কেনার সময়) চোখ, কান ভালভাবে দেখে নিতে হুকুম দিয়েছেন। আর কানা, কানের অগ্রভাগ কাটা, পেছনের অংশ কাটা, ছিদ্ৰ কান, বা কান ফাড়া জন্তু কুরবানী করতে নিষেধ করেছেন।[1]
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضي الله عنه - قَالَ: أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - أَنْ نَسْتَشْرِفَ الْعَيْنَ وَالْأُذُنَ, وَلَا نُضَحِّيَ بِعَوْرَاءَ, وَلَا مُقَابَلَةٍ, وَلَا مُدَابَرَةٍ, وَلَا خَرْمَاءَ, وَلَا ثَرْمَاءَ. أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ. وَصَحَّحَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ - ضعيف. وفي «الأصل» تفصيل طرقه ورواياته
'Ali (RAA) narrated, 'Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) enjoined us to pay great attention to the eye and the ear and not sacrifice a one-eyed animal with a slit which leaves something hanging at the front or back of the ear, or with a perforation in the ear, or an animal with broken front teeth.' Related by Ahmad and the four Imams. At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih.
