পরিচ্ছেদঃ ১৪৯: রুগ্ন ব্যক্তির জন্য ‘আমার যন্ত্রণা হচ্ছে’ অথবা ‘আমার প্রচন্ড ব্যথা হচ্ছে’ কিংবা ‘আমার জ্বর হয়েছে’ কিংবা ‘হায়! আমার মাথা গেল’ ইত্যাদি বলা জায়েয; যদি তা আল্লাহর প্রতি অসন্তুষ্টি প্রকাশের জন্য না হয়
৩/৯২১। কাসেম ইবনে মুহাম্মাদ রাহিমাহুল্লাহ বলেন, একদা আয়েশা রাদিয়াল্লাহু ’আনহা বললেন, ’হায়! আমার মাথার ব্যথা।’ নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, ’’বরং হায়! আমার মাথার ব্যথা!’’ (অর্থাৎ আমার মাথাতেও প্রচন্ড ব্যথা হচ্ছে।) (বুখারী) [1]
(149) بَابُ جَوَازِ قَوْلِ الْمَرِيْضِ: أَنَا وَجِعٌ، أَوْ شَدِيْدُ الْوَجْعِ أَوْ مَوْعُوْكٌ أَوْ وَارَأْسَاهُ وَنَحْوُ ذٰلِكَ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ لاَ كَرَاهَةَ فِي ذٰلِكَ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَى التَّسَخُّطِ وَإِظْهَارِ الْجَزَعِ
وَعَنِ القَاسِمِ بنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهَا: وَارَأسَاهُ ! فَقَالَ النَّبيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: « بَلْ أنَا، وَارَأسَاهُ ! » ... وذكر الحديث . رواه البخاري
(149) Chapter: Permissibility of expressing feelings of agony in Serious Illness
Al-Qasim bin Muhammad reported 'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said:
"Oh, my head." (It was hurting due to pain.) Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Rather it is I who says: 'Oh, my headache."' (Then Al-Qasim narrated the complete narration).

Commentary: `Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) had a headache and she told the Prophet (PBUH) about it. He said, "My head too is splitting with pain.'' This means that a man can express the intensity of his pain and suffering, provided he has no intention to complain against the Will of Allah and point out his sorrow and frustration. Al-Qasim bin Muhammad bin Abu Bakr, the reporter of this Hadith, was `Aishah's nephew and one of the seven distinguished jurists of Al-Madinah.
